Our complex system of health care
and human services offers a wealth
of assistance and technology. Unfortunately,
navigating this service system can
be an overwhelming task for many
families. We believe that with support,
encouragement, and assistance, these
families can overcome the obstacles
they face.

ON HIS/HER BEHALF
Many of the decisions that affect
children with special needs are
made by legislators and health care
officials at the State and local
levels. Health care systems are
developed with insufficient attention
paid to access, coordination, or
transportation issues. These oversights
often translate into inadequate
services for children with special
needs. With representation and increased
public awareness, the needs of children
can be realized.
Language assistance
services are available free of charge
and persons receiving services are
not obligated to provide their own
interpreter. Se habla Espanol.

without regard to race, color, ethnicity,
national origin, religion, age,

an inability to speak English, or
because of diagnosis or pre-existing
condition.

is a Medicaid Case Management provider
for the Children & Pregnant Women
